L- ascorbic acid or as also known Vitamin C

Among ascorbic acids, L-ascorbic acid can be found in nature.  Only this form is able to nourish the human body that is known as Vitamin C. Contrary to, D-ascorbic acid is harmless and useless for our body. For this reason, we only add L-ascorbic acid to our food supplements.

Daily hardships, physical work, and sport place a great strain on the body that responds with stress. Due to the effect of stress, the balance of free radicals and antioxidants is disturbed and if it persists, it can lead to diseases and the acceleration of ageing.
